2009 CK5K RRR

Lord, grant what thou commandest and then command what thou wilt. - Augustine

Big thanks to everyone who participated and/or sponsored and/or helped with this years event.  It was a terrific day for a race, and I think everyone had a great time.

Thanks to your efforts, we have exceeded our fundraising goal of $25,000 for 4 years.  Simply amazing.  All Honor and Glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  It would never happen without the hard work of our wonderful volunteers and my beloved wife Susie, who does a tremendous job.

Results are posted on the website, pics to follow soon.  www.jeffrayburn.com

On a more personal note...speedwork today!  Not a bad day at the track and I feel energized to start my day.
