Acts 20:24 ...I may finish my race with joy...

Greetings. The race I have been waiting all year for has finally come and gone. The Jasper County Hospital 5K was my first 5K last year. I am happy to say that I did well. I had some personal goals set and I met them. On a side note, at the health fair afterwards, I had another personal best, my cholesterol level! That was a pleasant surprise.

More later, I have a 16 miler to do tomorrow. Sweet dreams.
