Ps. 65:8 ...You make the outgoings of the morning and evening rejoice.

Good Morning! I've had my smoothie and shower and now I feel refreshed. I ran a hot and humid 10 miler this morning. My time was pretty good and I had good company along the way.

Gotta get Chloe off to summer school and me to work.

Remember Kennukuk Road Runners at Kennekuk.com--- You'd love the Lake Mingo trail run...a little over 7 miles outside of Danville, IL.

If I continue to lose weight and train, I'll run that with you next June and we'll participate in the after race festivities.
