Ps 18:11
He made darkness His secret place; His canopy around Him was dark waters And thick clouds of the skies.

Hey all, just a quickie tonight before I hit the hay.

I got up and swam in a friend's lake this morning. The pre-dawn sky was foggy, the lake placid and dark. The water was warm but eerie. I swam for about a 1/2 hour. It was tough. I think it is a lot harder to swim in a lake like that than in a pool. It was definately a change of pace. Cross-training is good though and it loosened my back.

I'm off to bed. That 9 miler at 5:00 will be here before you know it.
